Mobilears has hearing professionals who review each audiogram that is downloaded into our HIPAA compliant and secure administrative data portal. Some audiograms may warrant further professional evaluation and referral, and these cases will be individually addressed via phone call or email. For those mild to moderate hearing losses that could benefit from amplification, hearing aids may be custom fitted to the individual audiogram and shipped directly to the customer.

    Our Rejoice hearing aids come with a risk-free 30-day grace period. If you are unsatisfied with your hearing aid for any reason, you may return it anytime within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Warranty

    Original Warranty

    All Rejoice Hearing Systems sound processors and receiver units carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Physical damage and water damage are not covered by this warranty.

    Loss and Damage

    All Rejoice Hearing Systems sound processors under the original warranty are also covered by loss and damage insurance. This insurance is provided free of charge at the time of the original purchase. Rejoice Hearing Systems will replace your lost or damaged sound processor (a $250 deductible applies and is limited to 1 claim per device).

    Extended Coverage

    At any time, during the initial 1-year warranty period you may purchase up to two (2) additional years of warranty coverage for $100 per device per year.

    Out-of-Warranty Repair

    Our Rejoice Hearing Systems sound processors are designed and manufactured by the top US manufacturers and are robust and reliable. If for some reason your out-of-warranty sound processor stops functioning, factory repair services are available. Rejoice Hearing Systems devices are repaired for a flat service fee of $150.00. This repair service will extend your warranty for an additional 6 months.

    Clean and Check Service

    There is no charge for telephone or online support, and our customer service group is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday.

    All Rejoice Hearing Systems hearing aids ship using domestic ground service (5-7 business days) at no charge.

    Accessories are shipped via US mail or ground service for free. Special orders may have an extra charge.

    International shipping: $60

    International Shipping

    All international shipments include an invoice with the total value listed. Customs policies vary by country. To learn more, please contact your local customs office before you proceed with your order.

    Customs fees are not included in shipping charges. Rejoice Hearing Systems has no control over these charges and does not attempt to estimate such charges.

    You will be responsible for paying any additional charges in keeping with the laws of the country where your product is received.

  • Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your hearing aid device, you may return it anytime within the 30-day grace period. Simply call Rejoice Hearing and a Customer Support Specialist will gladly take care of you, or email us here. We'll send you a return material authorization number (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label so you'll incur no additional shipping charges.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hearing aid. If you choose to return your hearing aid within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

    Payment Plan: Spread your payments out over time with our payment plan option. Your first payment will be collected at the time of your order, and then you'll pay on a monthly basis. We offer payment plans through Klarna Call us today for more information.

    No matter which payment option you choose, you are 100% protected by our 30-day no-risk guarantee. You'll have 30 days to try it out and may return your Rejoice devices within that time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days or if the devices have been damaged.
